Trouxe uma quantidade grande de courgetes de casa da sogra , então resolvi fazer um doce . Gostei bastante do doce. Feito em casa sem corantes nem conservantes. Receita:</span></b><br />

<b>Ingredientes:</b><br />
<br />
<ul>
<li>1399 kg de courgete antes de descascada (1200kg depois de descascada)</li>
<li>500g açúcar branco</li>
<li>3 paus de canela pequenos</li>
</ul>

<b>Preparação:</b></div>
<div>
Lave a courgete , retire a casca , corte aos pedaços pequenos e reserve.</div>
<div>
Leve a lume brando um tacho largo sem a tampa , coloque a courgete já cortada , o açúcar e os paus de canela .</div>
<div>
Deixe cozinhar , vá mexendo e vigiando ( o meu doce demorou desde que liguei o lume até que ficou pronto cerca de 1.10h) .</div>
<div>
Quando estiver no ponto estrada está pronto ( ponto de estrada - quando passamos com uma colher no doce e fica uma estrada ).</div>
<div>
No final retire os paus de canela e triture com a ajuda de uma varinha mágica<b> ( conforme o gosto de cada pessoa ).</b></div>
<div>
Coloque o doce quente dentro de frascos esterilizados previamente , feche vire os frascos de cabeça para baixo para criar vácuo e durar mais tempo.</div>

<li>1 chávena de açúcar</li>
<li>1 chávena de leite</li>
<li>1 chávena de óleo</li>
<li>1 chávena de chocolate em pó</li>
<li>2 chávenas de farinha</li>
<li>1 colher de chá de fermento para bolos</li>
</ul>

Unte uma forma de chaminé com manteiga e farinha, reserve. Ligue o forno a 180ºC .</div>

Parta os ovos para uma taça , junte o açúcar e mexa bem. Adicione o leite, o óleo e o chocolate e mexa bem.</div>

Adicione a farinha bata bem e por fim adicione o fermento em pó e mexa .</div>
<div>
Leve ao forno pré-aquecido e deixe cozer cerca de 30 minutos ( convém vigiar pois o tempo pode variar de forno para forno .</div>

<li>100g de açúcar</li>
<li>200g de bolacha tipo Maria triturada</li>
<li>200g de chocolate em pó</li>
<li>50g de manteiga à temperatura ambiente</li>
<li>2 ovos inteiros</li>
<li>missangas de açúcar , de chocolate ou açúcar q.b</li>
</ul>

Triture as 200g de bolacha e separe todos os ingredientes. Misture numa taça todos os ingredientes sólidos menos ( missangas de açúcar , de chocolate ou açúcar q.b ).<br />
Depois acrescente a manteiga e os ovos e com a mão amasse até que a mistura fique homogénea.<br />
Fala bolinhas e passe por missangas de açúcar. Leve ao frigorífico durante pelo menos 30 minutos.<br />

<b>Preparação:</b><br />Deixe descongelar o molho de tomate.<br />Grelhe o salmão na actifry 2 em 1 e ao mesmo tempo,coza a massa conforme instruções no pacote e reserve.<br />Leve ao lume uma wok , deite o molho de tomate e deixe refogar um pouco, junte a massa, mexa bem ,adicione o salmão limpo de pele e espinhas e as azeitonas cortadas às rodelas, mexa tudo e rectifique os temperos.Junte as delicias do mar cortadas aos bocados.<br />Deixe apurar e sirva quente. <li>1 cebola grande</li>
<li>alhos q.b</li>
<li>azeite, sal e pimenta q.b</li>

<b>Preparação:</b></div>

Na véspera deixe no frigorífico os tentáculos de pota a descongelar . No dia lave os tentáculos de pota e leve-os a cozer numa panela de pressão com água e a cebola descascada e cortada ao meio <b>( eu não adiciono sal ) , </b>quando levantar fervura deixei cozinhar 25 minutos.</div>

Lave bem as batatas com a pele e leve a cozer em água , cerca de 25 minutos.</div>
<div>
Quando tudo tiver cozido , num tabuleiro refractário ( isto quer dizer que pode ir ao forno e à mesa ) coloque os tentáculos de pota e as batatas que lhe demos um ligeiro murro e por cima coloque os alhos laminados , sal , pimenta e regue com azeite .</div>
<div>
Leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 190º cerca de 30 minutos ( é melhor ir acompanhando porque de forno para forno pode variar a temperatura.</div>

ao meu blogue. Hoje trago-vos uma receita super fácil de fazer e fica um pão muito bom.Já aqui tenho esta receita mas amassado na Yammi2. <b>Ingredientes:</b><br />
<ul>
<li>175g de água</li>
<li>20g de azeite</li>
<li>5g de sal fino</li>
<li>300g de farinha</li>
<li>6g de fermento seco</li>
</ul>
<b>Preparação:</b><br />
Colocar na mfp os ingredientes pela ordem acima e escolha o programe que amassa durante apenas 15 minutos.<br />
Formar uma bola e colocar num pirex untado com azeite e polvilhado com farinha.<br />
Tapar e vai ao forno a 200ºC até estar dourado por cerca de 45m.<br />
O forno só deve ser ligado assim que se coloca o pirex dentro pois
quando a temperatura começa a subir ajuda na levedação do pão.<br />

ao meu blogue. Como sabem cá em casa não se estraga comida . Num destes dias tinha sobrado um pouco de carne picada que congelei. Um jantar em que só estava eu e a pequena foi o ideal para gastar a carne , pois para três era pouca. Uma refeiçaõ super fácil de fazer , económica e rápida .

De véspera deixe no frigorifico a carne a descongelar. No dia , leve uma panela ao lume e coza a massa integral conforme as instruções no pacote.<br />
Leve ao lume uma frigideira e adicione a carne picada com o molho , deixe aquecer , junte a massa espiral integral e mexa bem para que a massa incorpore no molho.<br />
No meu prato no final juntei queijo da ilha ralado, uma verdadeira delicia.<br />

<span style="color: blue;"><b>Bem-vindos ao meu blogue. Hoje trago-vos uma receita super fácil de fazer e ficam uns queques deliciosos , para a lancheira dos pequenos e dos graúdos. Espero que gostem e façam pois valem a pena :). Receita:</b></span><br />
<br />
<b>Ingredientes:</b><br />
<ul>
<li>250g de açúcar</li>
<li>125g de chocolate em pó<b> ( usei Nesquik)</b></li>
<li>50g de manteiga ou margarina</li>
<li>2 ovos</li>
<li>250ml de leite</li>
<li>260g de farinha T55 com fermento <b>( usei Branca de Neve )</b></li>
<li>1 colher de chá bem cheia de fermento em pó</li>
</ul>
<b>Preparação:</b><br />
Coloque todos os ingredientes ,à excepção da farinha e do fermento, no liquidificador e triture durante 1 minuto ( em alternativa pode usar a varinha mágica ou até uma batedeira).<br />
Junte a farinha e o fermento e pulse até serem absorvidos na massa.<br />
Unte formas de queques, encha até 2/3 da altura, e leve o forno pré-aquecido a 180ºC durante cerca de 18 minutos. <b>( deixei os meus cerca de 15 minutos ).</b><br />
Se optar por queques miniatura, leve ao forno apenas por 10 minutos.<br />
Em ambos os casos, faça o teste do palito para confirmar que estão cozidos.<br />
Retire do forno, deixe arrefecer um pouco, desenforme e deixe arrefecer totalmente sobre uma grelha.<br />
Se gostar , polvilhe com açúcar em pó , na hora de servir.<br />

<b>Estes queques não são muito doces. Se gostar deles mais docinhos junte mais 50g de açúcar. </b><br />

Estas quiches são super rápidas de fazer e rápidas e ficam deliciosas.Receita:</b></span><br />

<span style="color: blue;"><b> </b></span><b>Ingredientes para 4 pessoas:</b><br />

<li>1 rolo de massa folhada de compra</li>
<li>100g de cenoura </li>
<li>1 cebola média</li>
<li>2 lata pequena de atum em óleo vegetal escorrida</li>
<li>1 lata de milho pequena sem açúcar adicionado</li>
<li>1 mão cheia de azeitonas verdes recheadas com pimento </li>
<li>50g de azeite</li>
<li>1 dente de alho </li>
<li>1 pacote de natas para culinária ( usei nata light PD )</li>
<li>3 ovos </li>
<li>sal e pimenta</li>
</ul>
<b>Preparação:</b><br />
Retire a massa folhada do frigorífico.<br />
Corte as azeitonas
em rodelas , reserve.<br />
No copo da Yammi 2coloque a cebola partida em quatro,o dente de alho, a cenoura ás rodelas, o azeite e programe <b>a função triturar.</b> Com a ajuda da espátula desça o que ficou nas paredes do copo <b>.</b><br />
Em seguida programe <b>5 minutos na temperatura 120º na velocidade 2.</b> <br />
Junte o atum, as azeitonas e o milho escorrido e passado por água e programe<b> 1 minuto , rotação inversa , na temperatura 100ºC , na velocidade 1.</b><br />
Numa tigela
misture bem as natas e os ovos, tempere com sal e pimenta preta a gosto. Junte a mistura ao preparado e misture <b>5 segundos na velocidade 5</b>.<br />
Coloque a massa folhada com o papel vegetal numa tarteira com fundo
amovível , pique-a com um garfo , deite o preparado do atum e leve
ao forno pré-aquecido a <b>200° graus durante 30 minutos</b>. Desenforme e está pronta a servir.<br />

<b>Ingredientes:</b></div>
<ul>
<li> 2 laranjas pequenas ou 1 grande</li>
<li>4 ovos</li>
<li>1 chávena de óleo de girassol</li>
<li>1 chávena e meia de açúcar</li>
<li>2 chávenas de farinha de trigo ( usei Branca de Neve )</li>
<li>1 colher de sobremesa de fermento </li>
</ul>
<b>Preparação:</b><br />
No liquidificador coloque os ovos , a laranja com casca cortada em quatro e retirados os topos , o óleo e o açúcar.<br />
Misture bem durante uns minutos. Num recipiente coloque a farinha e o fermento. Junte o preparado do liquidificador à farinha e misture bem.Unte uma forma de buraco com manteiga e farinha.<br />
Deite o preparado do bolo e leve ao forno pré-aquecido cerca de 40 minutos<b> ( convém ao fim de 35 minutos fazer o teste do palito para ver se já está cozido ).</b><br />

<li>1 pacote de natas para bater ( fresca )</li>
<li> açúcar q.b</li>

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Bater os ovos um pouco, juntar o açúcar e bater bem.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Juntar a farinha, o fermento e a mousse instantânea e voltar a bater bem.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Juntar o pacote das natas e o óleo e bater muito bem.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Barrar uma
forma de buraco com spray espiga, verter a massa e levar a cozer em
forno pré aquecido a 180º, cerca de 40 min. ( o meu cozeu cerca de 30
minutos, é melhor irem verificando).</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"></span>Bata as natas. Quando começarem a ficar espessas, adicione o
açúcar e bata até ficarem em chantilly.<br />Barre o bolo com o chantily e decore a gosto.<br />

<li>150g de arroz carolino ( usei PD )</li>

<li>3 gemas de ovo</li>

<b>Preparação:</b><br />
Colocar todos os
ingredientes no copo da <b>Yammi 2 , c</b>om excepção dos ovos e do açúcar.<br />
Programar, <b>50 minutos , velocidade 1 à temperatura 90º , tecla rotação inversa.</b><br />
Numa taça bater bem as gemas.<br />
Quando o tempo terminar , junte o açúcar, <b>programe 10 minutos , velocidade 1 à temperatura 90ºC.</b><br />
Com a máquina a trabalhar deite pelo bucal as gemas em fio , deixe terminar o tempo.<br />
Assim que terminar o tempo, deite o arroz numa travessa e deixe arrefecer. Depois de frio decore com canela a gosto.<br />

Leve uma panela ao lume com água e sal , quando ferver junte a massa e
coza conforme instruções no pacote. <br />
Leve ao lume uma wook com o azeite e os alhos picados e deixe refogar sem queimar.<br />
Adicione o molho de tomate e deixe ferver.<br />
Adicione a massa , mexa.Junte o atum escorrido e as
azeitonas em rodelas , mexa bem .<br />
Rectifique os temperos e sirva quente.<br />

<span style="color: blue;"><b>para hoje trago-vos uma receita de queques deliciosos para mandarmos na lancheira dos pequenos e na nossa.Receita:</b></span><br />
<br />
<b>Ingredientes:</b><br />
<ul>
<li>manteiga q.b para untar</li>
<li>2 ovos</li>
<li>240g de leite</li>
<li>10g óleo ( usei de girassol)</li>
<li>100g de açúcar amarelo, mais q.b para polvilhar</li>
<li>50g farinha tipo 55, mais q.b para polvilhar</li>
<li>60g de farinha integral</li>
<li>130g de flocos de aveia</li>
<li>1 colher de chá de fermento p/ bolos</li>
<li>150g de mirtilos</li>
</ul>
<b>Preparação:</b><br />
Pré-aqueça o forno a 180ºC. Unte com manteiga e polvilhe com farinha 9 formas para queques<b> ( a mim deu para 10 queques ).</b><br />
Coloque no copo os ovos , o leite e o óleo e misture <b>15 segundos na velocidade 5.</b><br />
Adicione o açúcar, as farinhas , os flocos de aveia e o fermento e envolva <b>5 segundos na velocidade 3</b>. Retire e distribua pelas formas.<br />
Distribua os mirtilos, polvilhe com açúcar e leve ao forno a 180ºC cerca de 30 minutos. Retire e deixe arrefecer antes de servir.<br />

<li> aproximadamente 200 g de grão-de-bico cozido </li>
<li>1 colher de sopa essência de baunilha (opcional) </li>
<li> 150 g de açúcar de coco</li>
<li> raspa da casca de 1 laranja</li>
<li> 4 ovos inteiros </li>
<li>50 g de farinha maisena </li>
<li><span style="color: blue;"><span style="color: black;">açúcar em pó para polvilhar ( não usei )</span></span></li>
</ul>
<b><span style="color: blue;"><span style="color: black;">Preparação: </span></span></b><br />
<span style="color: blue;"><span style="color: black;">Pré-aqueça o forno nos 200 Cº.<br />
Desenrole a placa de massa quebrada sobre o papel que a acompanha,
coloque-a sobre uma tarteira, pique a massa com um garfo ou com um
palito.<br />
Escorra o grão, reduza-o a puré com a varinha mágica.<br />
Coloque dentro de um recipiente todos os ingredientes excepto o açúcar em pó, bata até obter uma mistura homogénea. <br />
Deite este preparado para a tarteira polvilhe com açúcar em pó (
esqueci-me de o fazer antes de levar ao forno). Deixe cozer por cerca de
35 minutos, dependendo dos fornos.<br />

<b>Ingredientes ( deu para 17 copos de pudim ):</b><br />

<li>1 litro de leite</li>
<li>2 pacotes de pudim do chinês</li>
<li>100g de açúcar</li>
<li>caramelo liquido q.b </li>

<b>Preparação:</b><br />
Num pouco de liquido , mexer um pacote de pudim e depois mexer o outro.<br />
Deitar o leite , a mistura do leite com o pudim e o açúcar.<br />
Coloque a pá misturadora e programe 12 minutos, velocidade 3 , temperatura 90ºC.<br />
Unte vários copos de café com caramelo liquido e deite o pudim.<br />Levei ao frigorifico de um dia para o outro.<br />Bom apetite!<br /><br />

<span style="color: blue;"><b>Já fiz a pizza duas vezes , para quem não quer/pode comer farinha de trigo esta é uma boa opcção.</b></span><br />
<span style="color: blue;"><b>As farinhas utilizadas são farinha de arroz e farinha de polvilho doce , o fermento usado é o dos bolos :). </b></span><br />
<span style="color: blue;"><b>A massa fica diferente da massa da pizza tradicional , eu gosto . Já o homem cá de casa não gosta muito.</b></span><br />

<li>1 colher de chá de açúcar</li>

<li>1 chávena de leite</li>
<li>1 chávena de farinha de arroz</li>
<li>1/2 chávena de polvilho doce</li>
<li>1 colher de sopa de fermento em pó</li>
<li>molho de tomate caseiro q.b - <a href="http://acasadagigis.blogspot.pt/2017/03/molho-de-tomate-receita-yammi-2.html"><b>Receita aqui</b></a></li>
<li>queijo mozarella ralado de compra</li>
<li>2 latas de atum escorrido </li>
<li>azeitonas verdes recheadas cortadas em rodelas</li>
<li>tomate</li>
<li>sal refinado <b><br /></b></li>

<b>Preparação:</b><br />
Coloque todos os ingredientes até ao fermento em pó , no liquidificador e bata até ficar uma mistura homogénea.<br />
Pincele um tabuleiro redondo com azeite , deite a mistura no tabuleiro . Leve a massa ao forno pré-aquecido a 220ºC cerca de 10 minutos ( verifique se a massa não queime e com um palito verifique se está cozida ) retire do forno.<br />
Coloque o molho de tomate por toda a pizza , um pouco de queijo , o atum escorrido , o tomate em rodelas , por cima do tomate coloque sal refinado.<br />
Coloque por cima as azeitonas cortadas em rodelas e o restante queijo mozarella por toda a pizza.<br />
Reduzi o forno para 200ºC e levei ao forno +- cerca de 15 minutos até o queijo estar derretido.<br />

<span style="color: blue;"><b>Que saudades tinha do meu cantinho. Por motivos pessoais não tenho postado nada no meu blogue. </b></span><br />
<span style="color: blue;"><b>Este ano que está quase no fim ( ainda bem ) tem sido para esquecer.</b></span><br />
<span style="color: blue;"><b>Espero que continue a postar pois tenho tido muitas saudades, mas passando à frente...</b></span><br />
<span style="color: blue;"><b>Hoje venho-vos falar da festa de aniversário da minha filha ( 7 anos ) como é possível já ?, este ano decidimos fazer a festa em casa e convidámos alguns meninos para festejarem com ela à tarde e à noite fizemos um jantar para a família.</b></span><br />
<span style="color: blue;"><b>Voltando à festa de aniversário com as crianças , a minha filha decidiu que queria a festa de aniversário do Gumball.</b></span><br />
<span style="color: blue;"><b>O bolo foi um simples bolo de iogurte , depois coberto com pasta portuguesa e coloquei dois bonecos um do Gumball e outro do Darwin para que o bolo ficasse mais parecido com o tema ;)</b></span><br />
<span style="color: blue;"><b>Gostei do final , ficou simples mas a pequenada gostou e principalmente a aniversariante.</b></span><br />
<span style="color: blue;"><b>O marido imprimiu umas folhas com o Gumball que decorei a parede , as toalhas , também imprimiu uns bonecos pequenos do Gumbal que coloquei uns palitos com fita-cola e coloquei em alguns alimentos.</b></span><br />
<span style="color: blue;"><b>Com outros coloquei também palitos , cortei algumas rolhas de cortiça ao meio e espetei lá os palitos que coloquei em vários sítios na mesa.</b></span><br />
<span style="color: blue;"><b>Deu trabalho ( pois caí do escadote e magoei-me num braço e numa perna ) mas valeu todo o esforço e trabalho , pois ficou muito bonito .</b></span><br />
<span style="color: blue;"><b>Coloquei três mesas , uma com o bolo de aniversário e outras comidas , outra com água e ice-tea , copos e colheres , etc... e outra para servir de apoio com jogos para eles se entreterem , com os sacos com guloseimas para dar no final e onde a aniversariante decidiu colocar os presentes para depois abrir. </b></span><br />
<span style="color: blue;"><b>Com a ajuda da pequena enchei uma data de balões e colocámos presos no portão da casa para saberem qual o local da festa e outros dentro de casa.</b></span><br />
<span style="color: blue;"><b>As gelatinas , a mousse e o pudim coloquei em copos de plásticos de café ( é a media exacta para os miúdos comerem ). </b></span><br />
<span style="color: blue;"><b>As crianças comem muito pouco , sobrou muita comida que comemos depois à noite em família. </b></span><br />
